LucidWork provides free online tools including, but not limited to: QR Code Builder, Image Resizer, Budget Matrix, and ROI Calculator. These tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

  • Use the services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

  • Upload malicious content or attempt to hack the services

Intellectual Property

Our Content: The LucidWork website, tools, and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by LucidWork and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain all rights to any content you create using our tools (QR codes, resized images, budget plans, etc.). We claim no ownership over your content.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LucidWork shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the services.
